Randy T. Odom, CRPC®, is a Managing Director with more than 38 years of experience as a financial advisor. He is committed to helping clients achieve the lifestyle they have planned by providing clear, customized investment strategies built on integrity, trust, and long term collaboration.

As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Randy specializes in developing personalized investment plans that take into account tax efficiency, risk management, and investment costs. He works closely with clients throughout every stage of life, helping them build wealth during their pre retirement years and transition that wealth into dependable income throughout retirement. Randy believes clients deserve a clear roadmap and direct, simple communication so they always understand where they stand and how their plan supports their goals.

Randy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Baylor University and continued his professional education through the Senior Financial Advisors Program at the Wharton School in Philadelphia. His experience, advanced training, and professional designation allow him to provide thoughtful, time tested guidance to individuals, families, and businesses. In recognition of his dedication to excellence, Randy has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019-2025.

Outside of the office, Randy resides in Fort Worth with his wife, Bonnie. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and participating in outdoor activities. He has also served on the boards and in leadership roles for several civic and charitable organizations throughout Texas.

Ryan Odom is an Executive Vice President  with seven years of experience in the financial services industry. He is passionate about educating clients on their investments and helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals through targeted, comprehensive financial advice delivered with a high level of personal service and professional integrity.

Ryan takes a process-driven approach to wealth management, recognizing that successful planning extends far beyond a single meeting. By focusing on each client’s specific needs, he develops customized strategies designed to evolve as life circumstances change, helping to ensure investment plans remain aligned with long-term objectives over time.

Ryan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. Prior to entering the financial industry, he worked as a comptroller for a successful electrical contracting corporation for more than seven years. In February 2019, he transitioned into financial services, bringing with him a strong foundation in financial management, analytical expertise, and operational leadership. In 2026 Odom Private Wealth Management was formed and Ryan values working alongside his father, Randy Odom, a senior leader within the practice.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kelly, and their three dogs: Marlin, a Golden Retriever; Riley, a Brittany Spaniel; and Winnie, a German Shorthaired Pointer. An avid outdoorsman, he especially enjoys fly fishing and taking advantage of time outside with family.
